Elite Sourcing has been retained to find: Service Technician; Job Description: Overview: As a Service Technician, you will provide technical support, repair assistance, and exceptional service to customers. You will collaborate with the Service Manager and team to ensure smooth operations and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide independent repair support, fault diagnosis, and technical guidance to resolve issues.

• Offer full technical support to customers and the sales team.

• Interpret customer requirements to anticipate and exceed their needs.

• Deliver prompt telephone customer support for fault diagnosis and technical guidance.

• Assist with online RMA system administration for efficient product repair returns.

• Handle paperwork, ensuring accurate service task documentation.

• Support system upgrades and device setups for customers.

• Maintain device license applications and compliance.

• Perform product configurations to meet specifications.

• Administer demo equipment stocks and dispatch items for evaluations.

• Collaborate with Service Manager and Lead Technician on operations.

• Complete assigned tasks for service department success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Computer Science A.A degree or technical certifications a plus. • Proven experience in technical roles providing repair support. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred Skills: • Experience in software servicing and installation. • Strong computer knowledge for software and hardware troubleshooting. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office suite. • Familiarity with smart devices for technical support and setup.
